Parking is available directly in front of the house, which is guarded by a camera system and is completely free

Thanks to its location, Rožmberk nad Vltavou is an ideal place where you can spend a long weekend in the spring and recharge your batteries, a perfect holiday by the water in the summer, and cycling and mushroom picking in the fall

In the winter months, enjoy skiing at the nearby Lipno Ski Resort and the Sternstein Ski Resort on the Austrian side

Total price for 4 nights for 11 people on a fixed bed 27,200 CZK + 1 extra person 1,200 CZK.

The prices include VAT and do not include the recreation fee of CZK 21 / adult to the city of Rožmberk na Vltavou.

Prices include: parking directly in front of the building, wi-fi connection throughout the building, all consumption costs, electricity, water, toiletries, scented bed linen, towels, tea towels, use of outdoor portable grill, fireplace, outdoor seating, wood for the fireplace, storage room col.

Payment Terms:

After confirmation of the reservation, within 10 working days we require payment of a deposit of 50% of the total price to an account with a tourist tax of CZK 21/person

The remaining part must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the stay.

A refundable security deposit is collected 7 days before arrival - a deposit of CZK 3,000 by transfer to our account

Upon departure, the apartment is checked, if the object and property are undamaged, if basic cleaning is carried out and if the conditions that the object is non-smoking are observed, the refundable deposit is returned in full on the day of departure

In case of damage to the equipment of the apartment or its premises, this damage will be deducted from the deposit.

Access to the apartments is handled by a code lock
