It is a progressive method of heating, where the heat is accumulated by the walls and objects in a radiant way, the heat is distributed evenly, with a minimal difference between the ceiling and the floor
Energy is included in the accommodation price.
Transportation, parking: Parking is possible for free, right next to the building, on its own property
Access is easy even in winter, where good quality winter tires are sufficient (chains are not needed), along well-maintained local roads.
Catering is possible either in the apartment with the use of its own equipped kitchen
Raw materials can be bought in a shop 500m from the property or in Tesco, open all year round until 21:00 every day
If you don't want to cook, you can use the many restaurants in the area or order food delivery to your accommodation

You can make a reservation on our own website in the online system or request it by email
We charge CZK 200/day for a dog and it is necessary to report it when booking your stay (otherwise + CZK 500)
A dog is only allowed in studios S1, S2 in the attic
We do not accommodate dogs in the new apartment on the ground floor
The recreation fee to the village is CZK 25/day and is paid by adults aged 18 and over.
After booking, we require a 50% deposit to be sent within a week by bank transfer
Additional payment of the price on the day of the start of the stay in cash or by card
Cancellation terms:
31 or more days before the start of the stay 10%,
1 - 30 days 50%,
on the day of arrival or during the stay 100%.
