Apartment Praděd v Říčkách

We offer a comfortable two-room apartment in Praděd for up to 4 people (or a fifth child in a cot) with a balcony and a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside in a brand new apartment building in the immediate vicinity of the modern Wellness Hotel Říčky

The address is Říčky v Orlické hory 266, the entrance is on the far left

The apartment includes one reserved parking space next to the apartment building, a lockable ski storage room in the basement (shared with our apartment building, with a lockable locker for ski equipment and heated holders for two pairs of ski boots) and a spacious lockable bicycle storage room approx. 50 meters above the adjacent parking lot (the bike room is again shared by one apartment house)

We named our apartment after the landmark of the neighboring Jeseníky Mountains, in whose foothills we live and work

The apartment is located on the first floor of the apartment building as its outermost apartment with the most beautiful view of the surrounding nature

It offers high-quality accommodation facilities for active holidays as well as relaxing family and individual stays

It is located in a location that is an ideal starting point for year-round sports activities and for discovering the beauty of the Eagle Mountains

Accommodation takes place in cooperation with the neighboring hotel "Wellness hotel Říčky", the keys will be handed over to you by the hotel reception, which will also provide all other necessary information

The reception is open from 8:00 a.m

until 9 p.m., accommodation is possible until 8 p.m.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: Entrance hallway with hanging wall, shoe rack, electric boiler, closed cabinet with electric

circuit breakers and electronic security devices

A bedroom with a double bed made of solid wood (180x200 cm) with adjustable slatted slats and quality mattresses with the option of choosing their hardness (by turning), a cot and a large wardrobe

The number of beds according to the order will be prepared before the arrival of the guests (maximum four)

The apartment will also be equipped with towels, washing and hygiene products

We would like to point out that the owner does not provide sheets, bedding and bedding for the baby cot, guests can bring and use their own if they are interested in using them

A modern kitchen with a dining and living area equipped with a highly comfortable and convenient sofa bed "SOFA" suitable for everyday sleeping (160x200cm when unfolded) with a massive steel structure, a double slatted grid and a quality mattress made of cold foam, on which two adults can comfortably sleep

The kitchen is equipped with a spacious Whirlpool refrigerator with a small freezer, a powerful Bosch induction hob, a spacious Gorenje dishwasher, a Bosch convection oven and an ETA microwave

All built-in appliances are energy-saving with a minimum level of external noise

Families with small children have at their disposal a children's reclining chair for the dining table, which can be folded out

Hot water heating in a capacity electric boiler located in the entrance hall of the apartment.

Transportation, parking: Our apartment has one parking space marked C8 reserved in the adjacent new parking lot. It is necessary to use this parking space and not block other parking spaces.

Dining

The apartment is prepared and fully equipped for the preparation and consumption of meals from own ingredients and guests' supplies

The neighboring Wellness Hotel Říčky offers our guests meals in a spacious restaurant and other services (indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, massage rooms)

You can literally walk to the hotel in your slippers, it stands right above the parking lot adjacent to our apartment building

Dining is also possible in the nearby area, e.g

in the SKI center of Říčky in the area "Pod Zakletým", in the SKI area in Zdobnice, in the nearby pilgrimage area in Neratov, in Rokytnice in the Eagle Mountains, in Masaryk's hut on Šerlich ridge, etc.

You can buy them in shops and in the COOP supermarket in Rokytnica in Orlické hory (10 min.

driving), the nearest large shopping center (Kaufland) is in Rychnov nad Kněžnou (approx. 30 min.

driving by car).

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment - a four-piece set of stainless steel pots, two pans with a non-stick surface, a glass baking pan with a lid, two trays, eight sets of plates (deep, shallow and dessert), eight sets of stainless steel cutlery and coffee spoons, three sharp knives (one large universal knife, one large pastry knife and one smaller knife, e.g

SUMMER: only weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday (exception possible by arrangement)

WINTER: 4500 CZK/two nights; 6600 CZK/three nights; 8600/four nights; 10500/five nights; 12000/six nights; 14000/seven nights

OUT OF SEASON: CZK 3,000/two nights; 4350 CZK/three nights; 5600/four nights; 6500/five nights; 7200/six nights; 8000/seven nights

The building is completely new, it was approved in mid-November 2020

For weekly stays, check-in on Saturday from 3:00 p.m., check-out the following Saturday by 10:00 a.m.

For weekend stays, check-in on Friday from 3 p.m., check-out on Sunday by 10 a.m.

A deposit of 50% of the price of the stay is collected when booking

The additional price must be paid within 14 days before arrival

Make payments to a bank account at Raiffeisenbank: 3008793002/5500.

If canceled more than 15 days before arrival, the full deposit will be refunded

In case of cancellation 14 days or less before departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 100%.
