The building is in operation all year round

New Year's Eve, Easter, holidays and other holidays by agreement according to the number of guests and length of stay

The price includes local fees, taxes, electricity and water consumption.

The price includes bed linen, small hotel towels, tea towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, fabric softener, barbecue briquettes

In case of interest, we require a 50% deposit to be paid to our account

We require the rest to be paid in cash on the day of arrival or to be paid again to our account (the rest of the amount must be paid to our account at the time of check-in)

IT IS POSSIBLE TO CONTACT US EVEN A DAY IN ADVANCE - ARE WE AVAILABLE, PAYMENT IN CASH ON ACCOMMODATION!!!

In case of cancellation of accommodation, we only require cancellation in writing by email at least 48 hours before arrival, in this case the deposit is refundable

If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before arrival, the reservation is non-refundable.

Departure and arrival times, i.e. the time, are decided individually according to the customer's needs, usually for weekly stays in SO arrival after 3 pm and departure SO before 11 am
