I offer for rent a newly renovated cozy apartment in a private house with its own entrance, in a beautiful and quiet location in Poděbrady, approx. 300m from the healing St. John's spring and within walking distance to the center and the lake

From the house there is a view of the dominant water tower on one side and on the other side, at the end of the street, you can see the blind water arm of the Elbe, Skupice

The apartment is designed for 4 people, with the possibility of an extra bed for the fifth person

It is suitable for families with children, athletes and spa guests

For stays longer than two weeks, I offer an individual price on request

The apartment can also be used by spa guests (patients), with the possibility of their families visiting and staying in the apartment for free

A pet is possible by arrangement.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: The apartment is the size of two bedrooms - the small bedroom has a double bed size 140/200, it is equipped with a chest of drawers, a hanger and a floor lamp

A locking door leads to the kitchen

The large bedroom has two separate reclining beds that can be pushed together to make a 180/200 bed for the wife. There is a tall wardrobe, a round dining table and 4 chairs by the spacious window overlooking a quiet side street

Lockable sliding doors lead to the living area

The possibility of adding a folding bed as an extra bed on request

In the common entrance living area there is a comfortable sofa, a floor lamp, a large wardrobe and a coffee table with TV/USB.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom has a shower and toilet, equipped with towels

Heating: The heating is uniform for the entire house, there is a gas heating radiator in every room of the apartment

Transportation, parking: The parking space is right in front of the apartment, free of charge

On request, it is possible to store bicycles in a covered shed near the house.

Dining

A small shop with a bakery and general merchandise is around the corner on the main street, approx. 150m, next door is a fruit and vegetable shop

Restaurants, pubs, cafes all around, there is a large selection from classic and healthy meals to Indian and Cambodian specialties

A small brewery or a pleasant, stylish tea house, you can really find everything here.

Apartment furnishings

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic 4-plate, electric

oven, hood, large fridge with freezer, kettle

Basic crockery, tea towels and ecological jar are provided

Upon request, it is possible to borrow a microwave oven

There is also a small table with two chairs in the kitchen

The living room is equipped with a sofa, a table with a TV, a floor lamp and a large storage cupboard

Wi-Fi connection works throughout the building

There is a small sitting area in front of the entrance to the apartment.

The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The apartment price does not include a recreation fee to the city of Podebrady (or a stay fee) CZK 30/adult

person/day, clients sign in the Guest Book and thereby give their consent to GPDR.

The price includes bed linen, all energy, wifi, final cleaning of the apartment.

To reserve a stay, I issue a deposit invoice for the amount of CZK 2,000 - 4,000 depending on the length of the stay, this deposit is non-refundable

I charge the supplement for the stay in advance, no later than 3 weeks before entering the accommodation

When canceling a stay 21 - 15 days before starting accommodation, the cancellation fee is 50%, when canceling 14 days before starting accommodation, the cancellation fee is 75%, cancellation of accommodation 7 days or less before starting is 100%
