Accommodation U Šťastných is spacious and comfortable private accommodation, where each guest is his own master, as he has the entire house, wine cellar and garden at his disposal.

Our accommodation is located approx. 300 meters from the popular Aqualand Moravia water park and the ATC Merkur campsite

So you have a bit of it everywhere

When renting, guests have at their disposal the entire house with a total capacity of 9 - 10 places, in the layout: two bedrooms - one for 2 people and the other for 6 people

Another option for sleeping over is a spacious sofa bed in the living room

The apartment also includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom

In the basement there is another kitchen, toilet and a common room for sitting with a fireplace stove

There is also a room for storing bicycles and other things

Behind the house there is a large garden ideal for social games or relaxation

There is also a cozy covered terrace behind the house with seating and a fireplace for grilling.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: We have two bedrooms and one living room in the apartment

The bedrooms are laid out: one for two people and the other for six people

The beds are double and one bunk bed

It is also possible to sleep in the living room on a comfortable sofa bed.

Sanitary facilities: The apartment has two toilets and one bathroom with a shower.

Heating: In cold weather, heating is provided by an electric heater or a tiled stove

Both heat the whole apartment without any problem.

Transportation, parking: Parking at the building

The building is located in a quiet location with minimal traffic.

Dining

You can cook your own food in our fully equipped kitchen

Furthermore, in the nearby ATC Merkur campsite, there are countless excellent restaurants and refreshments

There are also plenty of excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and a living room, which includes a dining room

In the living room there is also a large TV with a lot of programs and on colder days the tiled stove will come in handy

The entire house is covered by a Wi-Fi signal

In the basement there is a large common room, which also has a fireplace, a small kitchen and a toilet

Behind the house is a cozy covered terrace with seating and a fireplace for grilling

Further behind the house is a large, fenced garden, on which there is also a stylish fireplace with a semi-circular seating area

For cyclists, we have a room in the basement for storing bikes and other things.

When renting our apartment, guests have the entire house to themselves, including the garden and wine cellar

In terms of size, it is a family house

Operation from April to the end of October/November

Possibility of accommodation even for the weekend

In the summer season (July, August) accommodation is only possible for a week (Saturday - Saturday, Sunday - Sunday)

Or by agreement for 6 nights

The minimum in our apartment is 5 people, or with a lower number of people the price is CZK 2,750 per night

Fee for dogs by agreement.

In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 5 days before the given stay, a 100% cancellation fee of the total amount is paid.
