In 2021, we started the first accommodation season
We offer two spacious apartments in the courtyard of a family house in the quiet village of Nový Přerov, located directly on the Brno - Vienna cycle path near Mikulov and the spa town of Laa/Thaya
The village of Nový Přerov is located on the border with Austria in the Mikulov wine sub-region, close to the Pálavské hills and the Lednice-Valtice area.
Bedrooms and rooms: Apartment 1 (capacity up to 6 people): Spacious maisonette apartment (90 m²) with two bathrooms and an equipped kitchenette
On the ground floor there is a separate double bedroom with its own bathroom and a large common area (double bed) with a second bathroom
Upstairs there are two smaller open bedrooms with a capacity of two and one bed
Apartment 2 (capacity up to 3 people): Spacious apartment (40 m²) in a playful retro style with a double bed and a sofa, a private bathroom and an equipped kitchenette
Both apartments are wheelchair accessible
It is not allowed to organize celebrations or parties
Visits by unaccommodated guests are only possible by prior arrangement
Sanitary facilities: Apartment 1 has a total of 2 spacious bathrooms with a toilet and a shower
The first bathroom is part of a separate bedroom
Apartment 2 has a bathroom with toilet and shower.
Heating: Both apartments have electric underfloor heating.
Transportation, parking: House 27 is located on the main street of the village, it is possible to park in the yard and in front of the house.
In the village there is a Jednota shop and a restaurant in Jánov dvor
Other catering facilities are in neighboring Novosedly, Drnholec and Mikulov.
Apartment 1: The kitchen is equipped with a hood, four-burner induction hob, kettle, microwave oven and fridge
Apartment 2: The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, a microwave oven, a fridge and a portable two-burner induction hob
Both kitchens are equipped with basic dishes: pots, pans, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc.
A new part of the equipment is an automatic coffee machine for coffee beans.
