The newly reconstructed historic cottage is located in the Šumava National Park, Nová Hůrka village at an altitude of 900 meters above sea level. An ideal place for a quiet winter and summer vacation in Šumava. Right next to the house you will connect to hiking trails, bike paths leading to Lake Laka, in winter on groomed cross-country trails. Children will appreciate the stream in front of the cottage and the children's corner with swings, slide and sandpit, while adults will appreciate the forests full of mushrooms and blueberries. Downhill skiers can use the lifts in Železná Ruda and Velký Javor (D).
Bedrooms and rooms: There are 3 apartments:
1.FOŘTOVO APARTMENT: Ground floor apartment 1 + 1. Triple room (+ 1 extra bed) with fireplace, sitting area. Separate fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob - 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, microwave). Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Possibility to accommodate a smaller dog (paving).
2. MEN'S APARTMENT: Apartment on a wooden floor. 1 + 1 Spacious room with sitting area (4 beds + 1 extra bed). Equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob 2 hotplates), bathroom with shower, separate toilet.
3. WEDDING APARTMENT: New luxury suite in the attic 2+ 1. Two bedrooms - 1) double bed and cot, 2) three single beds. Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave). TV. Bathroom, separate toilet.
Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Heating: Central.
Foř's suite on the stone ground floor is equipped with a fireplace for thermal comfort.
Transportation, parking: The cottage is accessible by car, parking directly in front of the building (3 - 5 places). Bus stop about 100 m from the cottage, in the summer season it is possible to use green (ecological) buses that run on the Šumava National Park.
Breakfast service - order fresh pastries directly from the bakery.
Restaurants in the place (300 meters), shops, restaurants, patisseries in Železná Ruda (9 km), or in Prášily (11 km), or in German Zwiesel (24 km).
Each apartment has its own kitchenette equipped with standard utensils. Of course there is a refrigerator, two-burner stove, microwave, kettle. The bridal suite also has a 4-burner stove, an oven and a dishwasher.
The bridal suite has a TV.
There is garden furniture.
Possibility to rent a cot, high chair, bath and other baby needs (on request)
Rental of toys, board games, pétanque (free of charge).
