The building is ideal for fishermen for whom there is a comfortable background (filet factory, storage room for rods and tools, storage space for disassembled rods, rowboats, a tank for bait fish, etc. For families with children a playground.

Apartment 1: two separate bedrooms (double and triple), living room with kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet.

Apartment 2: two separate bedrooms (2x double bed, one suitable for children with direct access to the attic space where there are many toys. This space is designed so that it is possible to have children under supervision. Living room with kitchen, bathroom with tub, toilet, balcony overlooking the dam.

Sanitary facilities: 1 apartment bathroom with shower, toilet. 2 apartment bathroom with bath, toilet.

Heating: Underfloor heating or air conditioning.

Transportation, parking: Access road clay forest or field difficult to navigate in the wet. Parking on a private property for 6 vehicles.

Shops and restaurants are about 7 km away, so it is more convenient to use a furnished kitchen or barbecue.
