The unique advantage of the accommodation offered is that it is an integral part of the wine cellar

The cellar is more than twenty meters long with a rotunda for comfortable sitting and enjoying the pleasant atmosphere of the new cellar spaces

The tasting, which can be used as part of the accommodation, takes place directly in the cellar with the option of choosing wine directly from barrels or wines stored in the archives

Cellar spaces and a preparation room in front of the cellar offer the possibility of both individual tastings and group tastings

The cellar can be visited at any time of the year, each season has a certain charm and the cellar is adapted to it

The apartment is newly renovated

On the ground floor there is a dressing room with storage spaces

On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a corner bench and a common room with a TV and a fireplace stove with a heat exchanger, used for heating the entire building, there are also electric direct heaters and floor heating in the rooms and in the common areas.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: In the attic there are two separate bedrooms with a capacity of four and six beds

There is a double bed in the entrance to the attic

The cottage is a separate object, which is located right next to the apartment

On the ground floor there is seating (corner bench, table, 2 chairs) and a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed

There is sleeping space for 5 people in the attic.

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom with shower, toilet and underfloor heating is located on the ground floor of the apartment, and the second separate bathroom and separate toilet are on the first floor

The cottage also has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.

Heating: For heating the entire building, you can use the fireplace stove with heat exchanger, which is located in the common room

Furthermore, the building is heated by underfloor heating in the kitchen, lounge and bathroom and direct heaters in the bedrooms.

Transportation, parking: Parking for 5 cars is right next to the building.

Dining

Fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven, fridge, microwave oven, kettle), both in the apartment and in the cottage

A dishwasher is also available in the apartment.

Apartment furnishings

The apartment includes an outdoor covered terrace with seating and a fireplace

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, electric kettle, stove with glass ceramic plate and fully equipped with dishes for the maximum number of guests

There is a TV and wifi in the building

A Finnish sauna and a Finnish stainless steel bathtub are also available for a fee

The rental price is NOK 1,000 for a bath or sauna

When renting a sauna and a bath at the same time, the price is CZK 1,500.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price applies to stays made in 2023

For 2024, the price will be increased to CZK 450 per person per night.

A refundable security deposit is required on the day of arrival, in the amount of CZK 3,000 for an apartment and CZK 2,000 for a cottage

The deposit is returned after the end of the stay

If staying for only one night, an additional fee of CZK 50/bed (extra bed) will be charged

Energy consumption is settled on the spot on the day of departure at a price of CZK 8/kWh.

Price during wine events:

Mutěnice open cellars (April, May, November) NOK 7,000 for the entire building/night (NOK 4,800/apartment/night, NOK 2,400/cottage/night)

Burčák march (October) NOK 7,000 for the entire property/night (NOK 4,800/apartment/night, NOK 2,400/cottage/night)

Minimum stay 2 nights

Accommodation is free for children under 3 years of age (without entitlement to a bed)

After ordering accommodation, a deposit of 50% of the total price of the ordered services is set, the method and date of payment of the deposit (usually within 10 days from the receipt of the order) will be determined based on an agreement with the customer

After payment of the deposit, the order becomes binding and the services are booked in the customer's name

The additional payment for the stay will be settled after the arrival at the accommodation

If the deposit is not paid by the specified date, the reservation of the required services is cancelled

In case of cancellation of the order of services by the customer more than 30 days before his planned start, 1/2 of the paid deposit for the reservation will be returned to him

In the case of cancellation of the order less than 30 days before the planned departure, the deposit will not be returned to the customer.
