Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: In the cottage, two separate, comfortably equipped apartments with a common entrance hall, outdoor covered terrace, parking and a fenced garden are available all year round.

The cottage can be rented as a whole or each apartment (85m²) separately (on weekends only the entire cottage is rented)

Each of the apartments has its own kitchen and dining area and bathroom

One apartment has two separate bedrooms (3+2 beds, 1 extra bed) and the other apartment has two connecting bedrooms (3+2 beds, 1 extra bed).

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has one bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and heating ladder

The bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Heating: The cottage is heated by a heat pump with underfloor heating

There is also the option of reheating with a stylish solid fuel stove.

Transportation, parking: There are 4 parking spaces right next to the cottage

You can also arrive by train, there is a train stop on the Mariánské Lázně - Karlovy Vary line 300m from the cottage.

Dining

Both apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette

There are 4 restaurants and 1 inn in the village (2.5 km).

In Mariánské Lázně (5 km) you will find countless restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, bars and several supermarkets

You also have the option of ordering minutes, salads, pizza and kebabs by phone.

Each of the apartments is equipped with: a dining, living and kitchen corner (fridge, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, induction glass ceramic hob, inventory), a stylish solid fuel stove with oven, Smart TV, WiFi, bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), direct access to the covered terrace, two bedrooms (3+2 comfortable beds + option for 1 extra bed, wardrobes), shared hall, washing machine and dishwasher

The cottage has a fenced garden (1000 m²) with parking, an outdoor pool, a Finnish sauna with a rest room, a solar shower, a terrace, a fireplace with a seating area, a grill, swings, a trampoline, a sandpit for children, sunbeds, a lockable room for storing strollers or skis.

The listed prices for the apartment are based on occupancy of 4 people

The price includes: accommodation, bed linen, bath towel and towel with change once a week, heating, normal consumption of firewood, electricity and water consumption, parking, internet connection, cot with bedding (on request), rental of sports equipment and games.

The price does not include: a fee for the final cleaning and disinfection of the building in the amount of 600 CZK / apartment, a fee to the municipality for the accommodation capacity in the amount of 12 CZK / person over 18 years of age / night, a fee for the use of the sauna (approx. 300-400 CZK / 1 sauna session, we bill according to energy consumption).

Reservation conditions: we charge 50% of the accommodation price when booking, more than 90 days before the start of the return of the deposit in full, 90 - 60 days before the start of the return of 50% of the paid deposit, less than 60 days before the start of the deposit is not returned.
