Apartments SKALA are in the center of the village, by the river Jizera, with a view of the Pantheon and the Dry Rocks
The property is fenced and there is parking on the property as well as seating under the pergola with a view of the river
The house is on the bank of the river and next to the Greenway Jizera cycle path
Malá Skála is a magical place in the Bohemian Paradise with a lot of interesting things.
Bedrooms and rooms: Apartment A - ground floor: 10 beds, of which 4 extra beds in 3 rooms = 2 bedrooms + kitchen with dining room + 2xshower + 2xWC + pergola + parking
Apartment B - floor: 17 beds, of which 4 extra beds in 4 rooms = 3 bedrooms + kitchen with dining room + 2xshower + 2xWC + pergola + parking
Entire building A+B - ground floor and first floor: 27 beds, including 8 extra beds, 7 rooms = 5 bedrooms + 2 kitchens with dining room + 4xshowers + 4xWC + seating under the pergola + outdoor WC + parking

Sanitary facilities: Each bedroom has a hygienic corner with a mirror, a sink and hot water
Each apartment has 2 shower rooms + 2 toilets with an anteroom and a sink
The showers are equipped with GROHE thermostatic faucets
A toilet is part of the outdoor pergola
Heating: The building has hot water gas heating with equithermal regulation
The rooms have radiators with thermostatic valves.
Transportation, parking: Parking is available at the building for 5-6 cars
Apartments SKALA are in the middle of the village Malá Skála
Access is via an asphalt road along the Jizera.
Self-catering is possible in the kitchen and dining room
In the vicinity there are several restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops - cafes and refreshments, which are within a 5-10 minute walk.
Each apartment has a large equipped kitchen with seating
The kitchen has a hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, fridge with freezer
The property has an outdoor seating area under a pergola with an outdoor toilet
