Each apartment has 2 shower rooms + 2 toilets with an anteroom and a sink
The showers are equipped with GROHE thermostatic faucets.
Heating: The building has hot water gas heating with equithermal regulation
The rooms have radiators with thermostatic valves.
Transportation, parking: Parking is available at the building for 5-6 cars

Access is via an asphalt road along the Jizera.
Self-catering is possible in the kitchen and dining room
In the vicinity there are several restaurants, pizzerias, pastry shops - cafes and refreshments, which are within a 5-10 minute walk.
