The final accommodation price must be arranged directly with the property owner.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

We charge 600 CZK per person for extra bed.

For accommodation for only 2 days (weekday) the price is 3900.

3 days and more is the price according to the price list.

We require a deposit for accommodation, 50 % of the estimated amount for accommodation

If the advance payment is not made in the agreed date, the reservation will be canceled.

You will pay the surcharge for the accommodation 14 days before taking the account.

Cancellation of stay and cancellation fee

In case of cancellation of your stay, the operator has the right to cancel the fee

The customer has the right to withdraw from the order without cancellations no later than 21 days before the date of arrival

Delivery Day (in writing/e-mail) is considered to be the date of withdrawal from the order

When you withdraw from a confirmed order below 21 days, the landlord has the right to a cancellation fee of already paid advance

If the client does not start a stay, the stay terminates prematurely, will be delayed or interrupted, no paid amount will be returned.

Refundable deposit 2000,- CZK.

It will be returned to the account within 3 days of handover of the apartment.

Alternatively, the proportional part will be used for damage caused by the customer.

Accommodation is possible from 2 pm.

The termination of the stay is up to 11 h.
