From the logs, you will have a short distance to Praděd, Dlouhá Stráné, the thermal baths in Velké Losiny and a ridge hike from Červenohorské sedlo

There are a lot of wonderful routes for road and mountain biking in the area

Both wooden houses are divided into two maisonette apartments with their own entrance and parking space for 5 people

An extra bed is possible by agreement

All four apartments include fully equipped kitchens, bathroom facilities with toiletries, bed linen and towels

The apartments are solidly built from local wood and stone, the interiors are equipped with top-quality carpentry and are complemented by hand-forged elements and period paintings

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: 4 apartments Praděd, Vozka, Šerák and Kluč in 2 log houses

Each apartment has on the ground floor:

1 x entrance hall

1 x spacious living room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, dining and social areas

In the attic there is:

2 x bedrooms (1 x double bed + 1 x double bed plus one single bed))

1 x bathroom with toilet

Sanitary facilities: Modern bathroom with shower, toilet and sink

Soap, towels, underfloor heating and clothes dryer

Smaller separate toilet with sink on the ground floor

All sanitary facilities are ventilated by a separate ventilation system.

Heating: Each building is heated by gas heating supplemented by solar panels that heat domestic water

Heat is distributed throughout the building by central heating

The living room and WC on the ground floor are heated by underfloor hot water heating, the attic bedroom by plate radiators, the upper bathroom by a ladder radiator and electric underfloor heating

Alternatively, the apartment can be heated with a cast-iron stove located in the living room.

Transportation, parking: Completely trouble-free access directly to each apartment (4 separate parking spaces) on a gravel road

Other possible parking spaces are available before entering the complex.

Dining

Relatively well-stocked shops are located in Loučná and Velké Losiny, for larger purchases it is more convenient to visit the stores in Šumperk

You can meet and have refreshments at the Stará pošte, Oáza, or enjoy a delicious meal at Restaurant Istria or Losín in Velké Losiny

A truly gourmet experience can be a visit to the U Petra pension in Jeseník via picturesque Přemyslov, where excellent cooking and dining are served.

Thanks to its spacious design, each apartment offers enough space for a longer stay, even in case of bad weather

The price includes apartment rental, 5 x bedding with sheets and towels, basic toiletries, heating and final cleaning

Electricity is paid according to consumption

Extra bed for the sixth person charged 350 CZK bedding + 400 CZK per person/night

Guests pay additional recreation fees to the village in the amount of 21 CZK/day, paid by adults 18 - 70 years old.
