Bedrooms and rooms: The apartment has a separate entrance via a comfortable staircase and is situated outside the owners' apartment

The apartment has a floor area of ​​80 m2 and consists of two separate bedrooms with a capacity of 4 beds each (double bed and two single beds)

Each room has 2 large windows and is equipped with bedside tables and a large wardrobe.

Sanitary facilities: Guests of the apartment have a large bathroom equipped with sink, shower, toilet, mirror and towel dryer

There is also a separate toilet with a small sink.

Heating: The building is centrally heated by central heating.

Transportation, parking: There is a maintained asphalt road leading to the building, there is a parking lot for 3 cars.

The nearest store is in Lipová - lázně, supermarkets are available in Jeseník

There is an excellent restaurant Na Kovárně in Horní Lipová.

The apartment is operated all year round

When the apartment is occupied by more than 5 people, each additional person pays 250 CZK / night

For extended weekends (3 nights) we charge CZK 5,000 in the summer season, CZK 5,000 in the winter season and

season 5,000 CZK

In the summer and winter season, we generally prefer weekly stays with arrival on Saturday with arrival after 3.00 pm

and departure the next Saturday until 10.00.
