Sauna for an extra charge

From 09/2022, use of the heated pool is available for an additional charge of CZK 300/apartment/day

The pool is closed from 1 November to 26 December (we do not heat it)

Sauna and swimming pool are available by arrangement

In the period outside the main season (=1.11.- 26.12.) it is not possible to re-order meals

In winter, the location of the apartment is ideal for visitors to the SKI Kunčice ski area - on foot just across the road, and the location is directly on the cross-country trail (near Paprsek, etc.

In the summer, bicycle trips, the possibility of renting scooters, paddleboards on the nearby ponds, horse riding, mountain hiking.

Bedrooms and rooms: Three separate rooms in total (1 x 4 bed with balcony, 1 x double bed, 1 x double bed)

There is also a children's dining chair, a potty and a travel cot, which can be added to a room with a balcony (four beds).

Heating: Central + local electric heating.

Transportation, parking: Parking in front of the building on private land

By public transport: By train to Staré Město pod Sněžnik, then by bus to the stop Staré Město, Kunčice točna.

Guests can choose a self-catering option (incl

kitchen), or by arrangement you can order breakfast or half board directly at the Professor's cottage (0m).

All rooms have beds for which we provide guests with bed linen, chests of drawers for clothes and lamps

Guests bring their own towels and bath towels

The kitchen is equipped with basic kitchen utensils, induction hob, dishwasher, dining table and chairs

The sofa bed in the common room can be used as an extra bed by arrangement for 1 - 2 people

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The price for accommodation varies depending on the number of accommodated persons: CZK 2,000 per night (for 4 persons) or CZK 2,800 for a multi-member group (5-8 persons)

The minimum length of stay is 2 nights

A deposit for accommodation is paid in advance

The rest of the price is paid on the spot in cash

We do not provide towels and pool towels.

The price of the stay includes free entry to the indoor heated pool with sea water directly at the place of stay

For a fee, it is possible to use the Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam room

Option to purchase half board/excellent home cooking: CZK 300/day/person (= breakfast 150 CZK and dinner 150 CZK).

In order for the reservation to be valid, the reservation deposit must be paid within 3 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Notification of cancellation of stay must be delivered in writing via e-mail/sms

When canceling your stay:

Option a) 30 or more days before the start of the stay - no cancellation fee (we return the entire deposit)

Option b) 29 – 15 days before the start of the stay – cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the amount of the deposit for the stay (50% of the deposit will be returned to you)

Option c) 14 days or less - cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the amount of the deposit for the stay (the entire deposit is forfeited)

The cancellation fee represents a penalty for the lost profit of the accommodation service operator from an unoccupied stay.
