Our accommodation is a great quiet place designed not only for families with children, but also for various corporate events and groups of people

Family -type accommodation is located on the first floor of the house with its own entrance

You can book both one, an apartment with a kitchen, a family room and the whole building

For our guests we also have another kitchenette set up on the ground floor

Apartments have their own kitchens

The accommodation also includes a ski room, bikes and plenty of parking spaces

Around the house is an adjacent garden with various rest areas or benches that guests can use

There is a trampoline, sandpit, slide, swings and playing zone for children

Our guests can also use a large fireplace with seating, grill, covered pergola, or Finnish sauna or swimming pool

Our building is located in a small village Kouty nad Desnou, PLA Jeseníky Mountains

(1 km from the Kouty ski resort above Desnou and cable cars to the pumped -storage hydroelectric power plant Dlouhá Stráně), approximately 6 kilometers from Velké Losiny and the thermal spa and about 5 km from the Červenohorské saddle

You can find us on the main route between Šumperk and Jeseník, about 600 meters to the left of the train stop Kouty nad Desnou and about 1.5 kilometers from the center of the village towards Jeseník

Literally on our porch starts deep forests with beautiful nature

Accommodation lies in the protected landscape area Jeseníky Mountains

On the opposite slope is the Kareš ski slope, where the ski school for the youngest skiers and skiers, the Kouty nad Desnou area and Přemyslov are 1.5 kilometers

We also offer discounts for ski passes to the surrounding areas.

Bedrooms and rooms: Family type accommodation offers accommodation for 20 people + extra beds in a total of 2 apartments and family rooms:

The bedroom also has its own bathroom.

Heating: The object is heated by central heating

There is no energy fee (everything is included).

Transportation, parking: For parking, reserved stalls are used in front of the fenced area and parking is free of charge (12 parking spaces)

Not far from the accommodation is the bus and train station Rejhotice

Availability by car is very good along the road number 44.

Cinema 1 km, Hotel Dlouhá hrown 500m /bowling and swimming pool /, area Kouty nad Desnou 1 km

About 500 meters from the building is a convenience store and 2 km is a CBA store

Supermarkets are about 15 km from the building /Jeseník, Šumperk /

The building has the possibility of preparing your own food, barbecue or visiting the surrounding restaurants.

The apartments have their own kitchenettes, another kitchenette is on the ground floor and is shared and can be used for outdoor food preparation

There are also several outdoor sitting, playground and playing zone for children with seating for parents, fireplace and Finnish sauna

The whole building is fenced and parking and Wi - Fi connection is free

The building also includes a lockable bike and a ski room.

The building is in operation all year round

Upon arrival, a recreational fee will be paid (35,- CZK/person/night)

When it comes to filling the whole building for more than 3 nights, the price per person can be adjusted.
