Since this is a building with history, the walls are really strong and no one will disturb you, you will appreciate plenty of privacy

The indoor playroom with an area of ​​40 m2 will entertain children up to the age of 12

The playroom includes a two-story chacha box system with a slide and a ball pool

The entire floor of the playroom is protected by puzzle foam for the safety of your children

In addition to the climbing frame, there is a drawing board, a kitchen, a drawing table and lots of toys (building blocks, toy cars, dolls and more...

The common room for up to 40 people is located right next to the games room, so parents can spend their free time with party games or a glass of wine or watch TV together

An electric fireplace completes the pleasant atmosphere

The property includes a closed garden of 1000 m²

Children can play on the children's Pirate playground with a rope and climbing wall, enjoy swings and a slide, carousel, sandpit and other children's attractions

The children's playground also includes a playhouse for children equipped with toys, a trampoline (3m), table tennis, seating, a fireplace and a grill

The garden is surrounded by garden thujas and other trees that isolate the garden from the surroundings

Parking is possible in a parking lot with free parking approx. 50 meters from the building (one car/apartment at a time, another car must pay a parking fee)

Great skiing is offered by a wide range of ski areas in the vicinity

The Kouty ski area is 350 meters from the property

For family skiing, it is a good idea to visit the Kareš Ski Resort (500 m) and the Přemyslov Ski Resort (5 km)

Beautiful skiing and wonderful views are offered by the Červenohorské Sedlo Ski Resort

A bus for cross-country skiers and skiers heading to Sedlo stops directly in front of the building

You can walk to Skiarel Kouty, or you can use the free ski bus

JUNE, SEPTEMBER weekly stays for your vacation at better prices

There are mobile electric dryers in the apartments for drying ski boots

Transportation, parking: Accessibility by car, bus (stop approx. 10 m), train (stop approx. 200 m)

Parking in winter is a pain

Possibility to stop and unload things at the building, parking space at the building cannot be guaranteed

Parking lot with free parking approx. 100 meters from the building

Parking is available for only 1 car/apartment at a time, another vehicle must purchase parking

Parking in the parking lot is a third-party service.

Dining

The kitchens are fully equipped for normal cooking - i.e

hob, hood, microwave oven, kettle, fridge

50 meters from the building there is a pleasant pub where you can buy simple snacks and good beer

You also have the option of dining in nearby restaurants in the Skiareál Kouty and in Loučná nad Desnou

The shop is approx. 5 km from the property

In the common areas of the house, there is a vending machine and a vending machine with refreshments for guests, where you can buy not only different types of coffee, but also soft drinks and snacks, and possibly forgotten accessories such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, but also salt, milk, breakfast balls , fast food, bars, soft drinks, etc.
