Sanitary facilities: Each apartment is equipped with a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, changing table and equipment for small children (potty, bathtub, toilet seat, sink stool)
In apartments 1, 2, 4 and 5, the toilet is always accessible from the common room.
Heating: The building is heated centrally
From June 1 to September 30, there is no heating season and the building is not heated - electric direct heaters are available on request and for an extra charge.

Very good accessibility from Prague and Brno - about 110 km by highway
Parking in the farm building - spacious lockable barn, capacity 12 cars.

All shops and restaurants are at a distance of 5 - 10 km (Olešná, Pelhřimov).
