Nearby (1 km) there are two large Kladiny ponds with the possibility of swimming

In winter, the possibility of skiing and cross-country skiing (Křemešník slope 10 km or Čerínek 15 km)

The entire Vysočina is criss-crossed with a large number of cycle paths and hiking trails

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: 5 separate and spacious apartments and 1 studio, each furnished in a different style

Apartment number 1 - common room and two bedrooms each with two beds (4 beds)

Apartment number 2 - common room with two bedrooms (8 beds + sofa bed in the common room - 2 beds, 10 beds in total)

Apartment number 3 - a common room and one bedroom (2 beds + 2 beds on a sofa bed, a sofa bed in the common room - 2 beds), a total of 6 beds

Apartment number 4 - common room with two bedrooms (8 beds)

Apartment number 5 - common room and one bedroom (4 beds)

Studio number 6 - small studio apartment without a separate bedroom (4 beds)

All apartments are located in one building

Apartments 1+2+3 have a common entrance and a common corridor

Apartments 4+5 have a separate entrance and a common corridor

Studio 6 has a separate entrance.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment is equipped with a spacious bathroom with toilet and shower, changing table and equipment for small children (potty, bathtub, toilet seat, sink stool)

In apartments 1, 2, 4 and 5, the toilet is always accessible from the common room.

Heating: The building is heated centrally

From June 1 to September 30, there is no heating season and the building is not heated - electric direct heaters are available on request and for an extra charge.

Transportation, parking: Convenient central location in the heart of Vysočina, the farm is located just 10 km from the D1 highway exit, Humpolec exit

Very good accessibility from Prague and Brno - about 110 km by highway

Parking in the building of the farm, capacity for 12 cars.

Each apartment is equipped with a spacious kitchen with superior equipment

All shops and restaurants are at a distance of 5 - 10 km (Olešná, Pelhřimov).

Each apartment has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, electric cooker, kettle and coffee machine (espresso).

Apartments 2 and 4 also offer an electric oven and a four-burner stove

An electric hot air oven is available for apartments 1+3+5

We offer FREE cots, changing table, dining chairs

Each apartment is equipped with a small children's corner, and we also offer toys and games for children and adults

The outdoor equipment includes outdoor wooden furniture with umbrellas, grill, open fireplace with seating, firewood is available for a fee
