The house has an elevator and a common room for storing bicycles, prams, ski, etc.

The apartment and the whole house are strictly non -smoking
Pets are not allowed
In case of accommodation reservation, a 50% deposit is paid by transfer to the account and the supplement is paid a week before joining the bank transfer to the account
If the stay is ordered within a period of shorter than 14 days before boarding, 100% of the amount is paid to the account.
In case of cancellation of the reservation within a maximum of 14 days before the first day of booking, the deposit is fully refundable
In case of cancellation in a shorter time, the deposit does not return, or we offer an exchange of stay
However, the exchange does not apply to Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve and the months of July and August.
Before starting, a cash deposit consists of 2 000,- CZK, which is refundable after the accommodation and inspection of the apartment by the owner or authorized person
