The apartment is a fully equipped independent apartment unit 1+1, which is part of a newly renovated family house

All new and clean

Drive along the driveway to the entrance gate, where you can park your car

The apartment has its own entrance and a large terrace with a sitting area, grill and deckchairs

You will not meet other residents of the house

You can pick up the keys to the apartment in a coded locker

You will find out the location of the locker and the valid code on the day of arrival

Careful cleaning and disinfection of all areas before the arrival of clients is a matter of course for us

The space we offer for rent is separated from the private part of the garden by a fence, for your greater privacy, and thanks to this you can bring your dog with you

We do not charge for a dog

Bring your own bed and bowls

We rely on you to keep your pets safe so they don't cause us any harm :))

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: The apartment is basically a 1+1 apartment with a size of approx. 60m²

It has a large entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet

The bedroom has a large double bed (180x200) and a full-size cot for children up to 5 years of age (70x140), a desk and a TV

A double bed (140x200) is available in the living room

If interested, an extra bed can be added for a fee of CZK 200 per night (fifth person)

There is no charge for a small child sleeping in a cot or parents' bed.

Sanitary facilities: There is 1 bathroom with a large shower, toilet, sink

Towels and hair dryer are available free of charge

Washing machine.

Heating: The heating is central, with underfloor heating.

Transportation, parking: You can drive directly to the apartment

Parking is free on the driveway by the entrance gate

The train stop is approx. 900m away

Bus stop in the direction of Český Krumlov or Lipno approx. 1200m.

A grocery store from regional suppliers is approx. 1.3 km from us

The object is available all year round.

A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is paid in advance to the account.

Additional payment on the account at the latest on the day of arrival.

If the reservation is canceled less than 14 days before the start of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable.
