STATEK Horní Bukovina are stylishly furnished apartments located on the edge of the Bohemian Paradise
The apartments were built in the spring of 2021 and offer guests, with their location and amenities, an ideal place where their vacation will be relaxing in summer and winter
Our farm offers accommodation for families with children, but it will also suit adults without children
The capacity of the entire estate is 20 beds (3 apartments)
The outdoor facilities in the enclosed yard are an integral part of our farm
Possibility of sitting in the upper garden, where you can see, for example, Bezděz castle, Ještěd and Drábské světničky with the naked eye
The farm has a large garden with a fireplace and a children's playground.

The apartments are fully furnished, the living rooms have a TV, the equipped kitchens have a microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle, stove, hood and capsule coffee machine
If in the evening you want to grill or bake something good on the fire, we have a fireplace and a grill available
For an additional fee, social areas with a bar are available, which also includes a bar, a refrigerator and a full kitchen
These spaces can be used, for example, for holding birthday or family parties.

Upon arrival, the guest presents a valid ID card or other proof of identity.
Check-in for weekly stays is always scheduled for Saturday from 3 p.m
Unless otherwise confirmed, each guest is booked into a room by 6pm on the same day
Check-out and leaving the room is until 10 am on Saturday.
Arrival and departure for weekend and shorter stays is arranged individually.
Payment will be made when handing over the object on the day of arrival.
Smoking is not allowed in the building

In the rooms, you will find bedding and bed linen, a towel, towels and basic detergents in the kitchens, soap dispensers and toilet paper in the bathrooms
Guests are asked not to move any equipment in all areas of the guesthouse and not to interfere with the electrical network.
The lessor of the building bears no responsibility for damage to the property of the accommodated person, or theft of items left in freely accessible parts of the hostel, although the owner declares that he is doing and will do everything to ensure that no damage occurs to the property of the accommodated person.
The guest is responsible for damages caused to the farm's property according to applicable regulations and is obliged to report them to the lessor.
The accommodation provider has taken all measures to prevent damage to the health of the guests
The host is not responsible for the health of the guests during the operation.
The farm management welcomes all guests' suggestions for improving operations
A guest staying at our farm is obliged to comply with these accommodation regulations
If he violates it, the guesthouse management has the right to terminate the contractual relationship with him immediately without compensation.
CANCELLATION TERMS The client has the right to cancel a confirmed reservation at any time

The lessor has the right to cancel the stay in the event of serious and unforeseeable circumstances (force majeure, natural disaster, closure of operations by order of the Czech government...) Subsequently, the entire amount already paid will be returned to the lessee within 5 working days.
These instructions do not apply when booking the venue for a wedding.
