The price includes: apartment rental, ski/bike storage and car parking, all energy and water, bed linen, towels, bath towels, toiletries, final cleaning

The price does not include: a refundable deposit of CZK 1,000 (to be paid upon arrival) and a stay fee of CZK 30 per person per day (guests under 18 do not pay) - it is paid in cash at the same time as the additional price for the stay.

For a binding reservation, a deposit of 50% of the price of the stay must be paid.

If the customer withdraws from the contract, he will pay the accommodation provider the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation up to 31 days before starting the stay: CZK 300 per stay.

Cancellation between 30 and 21 days before arrival: 30% of the total price.

Cancellation between 20 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.

Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 75% of the total price.

Cancellation in the period of 6 days or less before the start of the stay: 100% of the total price.

If the customer does not start the stay, or starts the stay at a later date, he will pay

to the accommodation provider 100% of the price of the originally booked stay.
