Brand new non -smoking building designed especially for family recreation (one family on the apartment, the whole house is suitable for two families with children)

Completed at the beginning of 2022.

The ideal location between the two ski areas of Dolní Morava - a smaller wind hill, located on the side of the Morava River Valley, where our apartments are built, and the main ski area Sněžník on the opposite side of the valley with a trail in the clouds, which is in sight of the apartments, and the longest pedestrian bridge in the world

The house is built on an elevated place on the slope of the Morava River in a quiet part of the village with nature within reach, outside the main tourist noise of the slopes, but within walking distance of them.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: Two side by side mirrored two -storey apartments in the house

There are two bedrooms on each apartment on the first floor, each with a double bed

On the ground floor is the main room - living room, dining room, kitchenette

Furthermore, there is an entrance hall on the ground floor with an entrance to the second toilet.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink on the first floor between two bedrooms

On the ground floor from the entrance hall there is also a toilet with a sink.

Heating: On the ground floor there is underfloor heating of the living room and dining room with kitchenette

Can be controlled remotely and temperament before the arrival of guests

On the first floor in each bedroom and bathroom are located radiators.

Transportation, parking: Arrival from two sides along the public asphalt road, maintained in winter, but when snowy/icing we recommend chains because of the location of the building on the hill

Parking in the area in front of the house for several cars.

Dining

Own eating in a fully equipped kitchen/dining room

During the walking distance, the restaurant facilities, especially around the Sněžník Ski Resort (the ski lift at the elephant - pizzeria Terezka, pension at the crossroads, ..

).

Apartment furnishings

Bedrooms are equipped with every double bed, then cabinets with drawers

There is a folding seat in the living room, there is a large wooden dining table with six padded chairs

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, cutlery, ..

) with an oven, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator and microwave

There are playing cards

WiFi access is throughout the house

Each apartment has an accessible technical room with a washing machine and boiler separately from outside from outside

Suitable for placing sports and other tools (bikes, skis, ..

The wheels can be washed outside with a hose from an outdoor tap located side of the house.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

Keys to pick up, check-in, check-out are available at any time by prior arrangement.

We charge a deposit of CZK 3,000 for the apartment, payable within 3 days following the booking of the stay, otherwise we do not take into account the reservation.

50% of the price for stay plus deposit is due within 3 days after booking the stay and the remaining 50% of the price for stay is payable no later than 2 days before the start of the stay, otherwise we do not take into account the reservation.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the price for stay when canceling the reservation less than 2 days before the start of the stay (the same applies to the non -payment of the price of the stay in time), but we are open to agreement with regard to the circumstances of the abolition (eg

illness, quarantine or other restrictions, or

Agreement for stay in the substitute term, etc.), when the cancellation fee can be applied according to the circumstances and their discretion on our part in a reduced amount or we do not apply it at all.

As this we reserve the right if there is no self-registration of guests in connection with accommodation in our apartments from the top of the described manner, to charge a contractual penalty of CZK 1,000, which we will refer to the deposit paid (as in the case of cancellation fees, however This does not affect any damages, if, in such a case, as a accommodation, the fine for the non-lever of the prescribed guest records and/or for not paying the residence fee in the correct amount due to the absence of such records in the given case.
