The rental period is binding only after payment of an advance payment of 50% of the total amount by bank transfer within 2 days of ordering
Additional payment by bank transfer no later than a week before arrival
+ CZK 1,200 refundable deposit in cash on site for the apartment
The deposit is refundable if the object is handed over in good condition
If the object is not in order, we charge 1000 CZK for cleaning
The local fee for the village of Lomná is not included in the price
It is 25 CZK per person/day and is paid in cash on the spot
