The Albendorf cottage, typical of the Krkonoše architecture, is located in a picturesque part of the Krkonoše region in the KRNAP zone in the village of Dolní Albeřice, which is part of the municipality of Horní Maršov

In May, you can observe unique species of orchids here

The area is also suitable for cycling trips, either directly from the cottage or with regular cycle bus routes

In the summer heat, you can cool off in the local pond

In winter, there are excellent skiing conditions, at a distance of about 1.5 km there is a connection to the cross-country highway, about 2 km from the cottage there is a 650 m long ski lift, also suitable for teaching children

We offer a new apartment with its own entrance, with its own bathroom and kitchenette, a spacious outdoor terrace and an ornamental garden

Part of the offer is the possibility to use the grassy part of the garden, there is a trampoline and a pool for children

Of course, there is a fireplace for roasting dumplings or an outdoor grill.

The apartment can be used as wheelchair accessible - on one level there is a bedroom with 3 beds (a double bed and a single bed), equipped with furniture (a wardrobe, bedside tables), a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and a common room with a TV and a kitchenette

From the common room, stairs lead to the attic, where there is a cozy room with 2 single beds and the possibility of 1 extra bed

Sanitary facilities: The bathroom is spacious, cozy and sufficiently heated by central heating, for the possibility of additional heating in the summer months, it has a ladder radiator that also runs on electricity

Heating: The apartment is heated by central heating, so you don't have to worry about anything.

Transportation, parking: You can get directly to the apartment by car, a well-maintained stony path leads from the main road

Parking is possible both directly at the apartment and at the turnoff from the main road

The parking capacity is therefore for several cars.
