The newly renovated building offers quality facilities in two fully equipped apartments with separate entrances, which can be easily connected into one large one.

The cottage has a Finnish sauna, a swimming garden pond, a garage suitable for storing bicycles and skis, a gazebo, a stone grill, a fireplace or a house for children full of toys, etc.

The cottage is completely fenced, so it is also suitable for dog owners who have a paddock here. There is plenty of parking space.

About 200 meters from the cottage you will connect to perhaps the most beautiful Šumava cycle path, which will take you to Lipno, Bear Trail, Plešné Lake, Schwarzenberg Canal, Černý kříž, Stožec, Nové údolí, Jelení vrchy, České Žleby, etc. The trail runs along the upper Vltava and connects to the Lipno circuit. The places are also suitable for hiking. The swimming pond is a short walk and the Vltava is about 500 meters. The cottage is therefore also ideal for those who want to sail the upper reaches of the Vltava during the holidays, from the Soumarský bridge to Pěkná or to Nová Pec.

Warning: In the area where the house is located, it is forbidden to operate any light and sound pyrotechnics (fireworks) all year round!

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: We always prefer to rent the whole cottage, the apartments can be easily connected, but it is also possible to rent the apartments separately.

Apartment 1 has one double and two triple bedrooms, plus the possibility of two extra beds.

Apartment 2 has two quadruple bedrooms.

Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has a new, fully equipped bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.

Heating: Heating is central using an automatic coal boiler, as a backup source of heating we have an electric boiler and fireplace with heat exchanger. You will definitely not be cold with us :-)

Transportation, parking: There is no problem with arrival or parking in front of or in the building.

Dining

Each of the apartments has a fully equipped new kitchen, including all appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) outside is a large grill. A beer bar is also included. A really good restaurant is 5 km away. Another option is to import food from Volar, import is free, only the price of food is paid.

Apartment furnishings

You will probably find here everything that belongs to a holiday, including a beautiful outdoor stone fireplace or a glazed gazebo, where you can sit even on colder evenings.

The cottage has a SAUNA and an outdoor swimming pool, there are sieves for drying mushrooms, baskets and everything for mushrooming or fishing. The cottage has its own wine shop and tap equipment for beer lovers. The barrel is not a problem to arrange, by prior arrangement with the owner.

The cottage has two fully equipped apartments with their own entrances, which can be rented individually, but only outside the summer season (except for). If you rent only one apartment out of season, we are willing to leave the other empty due to your privacy.

Operation all year round, the possibility of accommodation for the weekend, New Year's Eve stays, Christmas stays.
