We provide year-round accommodation in fully equipped apartments and also offer a wide range of services for your undisturbed and relaxing stay

You can order breakfast made from local ingredients, we offer wellness services, a Finnish sauna, massages, baths and a spa bath

In the large adjacent garden, there are many options for relaxing, either on the terrace with a beer tap and honesty bar, or in the orchard with hammocks or sunbeds hung from the trees

You can use the fireplace, grilling equipment, you can borrow books or board games

Excursions and tourist routes lead directly from us to Mount Kleť 1083m asl, or an educational trail through a unique 110ha natural landscape park with a cafe and bistro in a former pheasant house 300m from us

There is also a restaurant and shop in the nearby village of Chvalšiny 1500m.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: We offer four fully equipped apartments built from natural materials with respect for nature

The yard consists of the original building and two other newly built buildings

The adjacent garden, through which a stream flows, is intended for the relaxation of the accommodated guests, and you will also find an honesty bar here

You can stay with us in one apartment or book the entire capacity if you plan to come with friends or extended family

The total capacity is 18 beds in four separate apartments, while each of the apartments has its own kitchen and sanitary facilities, including outdoor facilities.

Sanitary facilities: Four apartments where each apartment has its own bathroom and toilet, plus a relaxation room for all with a sauna and bath

Entry to the sauna is subject to a fee.

Heating: Each apartment is heated automatically.

Transportation, parking: Parking is free right in the yard, access is via a paved road

For our guests, we lovingly prepare breakfast from local ingredients, an honesty bar, coffee, tea, lemonades, draft beer, wine, fruit juices, or pickled cheese, homemade smoked bacon, or drowning

You can grill in the garden, buy fresh fish all year round at the fish farms in Chvalšiny, or visit the famous bistro Cafe Bažantnice 300m from us

The famous restaurant is also in a mountain hut on top of the Kleť mountain

6.5 km away on the red hiking trail.

Apartment furnishings

Each of the apartments has a kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave oven, kettle and all utensils

To complete the country atmosphere, each kitchen is decorated with a functional wood-burning stove, on which you can try all the dishes, the stoves also have ovens for baking

Each suite has its own TV, there are hair dryers and towels in the bathrooms, and all the bed linen in the bedrooms.
