The newly renovated building with accommodation in three beautiful apartments will give you the opportunity to spend your well-deserved vacation in an environment surrounded by beautiful pure nature with a wide range of activities.
Spacious maintained garden, summer seating with barbecue (each apartment has its own grill with barbecue equipment, including barbecue briquettes), lockable storage room for bicycles, skis or prams, outdoor and indoor bike rack. Dayroom with sitting, table tennis, electronic darts, table football and toys for children.
Bedrooms and rooms: 16 people - three separate apartments, two ground floor apartments, each with a size of 42 m2 and a capacity of five beds, one attic apartment with a capacity of 4 beds and the possibility of 2 extra beds.
Sanitary facilities: Each apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. There are toilet paper, towels, bath towels, hair dryer, hand soap. The building is connected to an ecological water purifier.
Heating: The whole building is heated ecologically - by a heat pump.
Transportation, parking: Parking by the accommodation facility in a spacious parking lot.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, kettle, mugs, glasses, cutlery, plates, pots, pans, bowls, bowls, wooden spoons, cutting boards, barbecue utensils, towels, sponges, spring , wine and can opener, etc.). The restaurant is 2.5 km away in Česká Kamenice.
The entrance to the building is shared. There are two apartments on the ground floor, and a third apartment on the first floor. Each apartment has a separate lockable entrance. Each apartment has a spacious walk-in closet with storage space and access to a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the living area of the ground floor apartments there are three single beds, this space is connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Each ground-floor apartment has a separate double bedroom. The apartments are each equipped with two satellite TV and WIFI internet. The attic apartment is also equipped with a dressing room with storage space, bathroom with shower and toilet, living area connected to the equipped kitchen and dining area, two separate bedrooms with two double beds. Each bedroom and living room in the attic apartment has its own TV.
On the first floor there is a spacious private Finnish sauna - only for our guests (extra charge CZK 200, - / use).
A matter of course for your little ones is a dining chair, changing table, for an additional fee of CZK 150, - / cot can be provided. It is necessary to let you know in advance which of the mentioned things you will require for your little ones.
There are children's games, coloring books with crayons, small toys, books, etc. available for the apartments.
The terrace has a covered outdoor seating area for each apartment. In the garden there is a covered sandpit, toys (pushers, small slide, cupcakes, bouncer, badminton, soccer ball, lazy tennis, etc.), a newly certified trampoline (capacity 150 kg) and an outdoor swing (capacity 100 kg).
