Wellness Apartment Pod kaštany is located in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem in a semi-detached house in a closed yard, so the traffic of the road will not bother you

No one will disturb you from the house next door, which is in the yard, there is a fence between the houses

The land is fenced with mesh and a wall from the surrounding houses

The apartment includes a large garden and yard, a saltwater swimming pool with a roof, we also have a new seating area, climbing frames for children, a sandpit and a trampoline

Even adults can find activities with us - we now have Russian skittles, a fire pit, table tennis, outdoor games

In season from April to September, there is an inflatable saltwater hot tub with jets on the back for 6 people

Inside the house you will also find a sauna.

Accommodation in the Apartment

Bedrooms and rooms: The apartment is actually a one-story house, on the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, a sauna, an entrance hall and a living area

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, a separate bathroom and a separate toilet

All rooms are entered separately, they are not walk-through

1st bedroom - double bed + single bed (which can be extended into a double bed)

2nd bedroom - double bed

+ single bed

3rd bedroom - single bed

4th bedroom - double bed

+ cots

+1 variable extra bed that can be put in any room

In total, the accommodation is suitable for 9 people plus a child

We can lend you a cot

An extra bed is 150,- and we have two in total, so it is possible to accommodate up to 11 people.

Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there is one bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower

On the 1st floor there is another bathroom with a shower, sink and washing machine

The toilet is in a separate room.

Heating: The heating is gas (gas is not included in the price) and you can also heat yourself in the stove.

Transportation, parking: The apartment includes 2 parking spaces inside in the yard, additional parking is possible on the street (for about 2 cars), or there is a large central parking lot nearby

In dry weather, you can park in the garden.

In the vicinity you will find many options for eating, whether they are classic restaurants, pizza, kebab, etc.

The kitchen is generously equipped with everything you will need

There is also a dishwasher, coffee maker, American fridge with ice maker, microwave

In the living room there is a large TV with Wi-Fi connected to satellite with ungrounded programs and a large tiled stove

There is a sauna on the ground floor

From April to September, you can use the outdoor inflatable hot tub for 6 people

Outside you can enjoy sitting under the awning and outdoor grill, lunch seating for 10 people.

Availibility, fees, price specifications

The apartment is offered for rent year-round

The rental price includes bed linen, bathrobes, towels, wood for the fireplace.

The rental price does not include energy and gas, recreation fee 20 CZK per person/day.

A deposit of 1/2 of the price is paid in advance within 7 days of making the reservation

2/2 deposit is payable 14 days before arrival.

A refundable deposit of CZK 2,000 is required upon arrival.

Cancellation fee rate (in % of deposit)

15 or more days before the planned start of accommodation - 0% of the advance payment

14-4 or more days before the planned start of accommodation - 80% of the previously paid deposit

3-0 days before the planned start of accommodation - 100% of the advance payment
