Apartment Běstvina

Apartment Běstvina is located in a quiet part of the village of Běstvina in the PLA Železné hora

The apartment consists of a separate housing unit with its own entrance, it is basically half the cottage

Parking is possible for up to two cars in the yard, for the accommodated there is also outdoor seating under the roof, grassy yard and outdoor grill, possibility of storage bikes

The apartment lies outside the main road, leading to the apartment only from one direction asphalt road, which serves only for arrival to several houses and ends a little further and continues only as an unpaved road between the fields

Land is adjacent to the grassy area (formerly playground), opposite the apartment is the castle garden

Just around the corner at a distance of about 90 m there is a playground, where there are swings, slide, sandpit, ping table - pong, rope climbing frame, outdoor gym and playground with artificial surface, where you can play basketball, volleyball, netball, tennis, tennis, badminton or football

There is a grocery store in the village or

mixed goods, about 400 m distant, which is open daily

For a larger purchase you can drive up to Třemošnice, where there is a penny and coop and other shops incl.

pastry shops and several restaurants

For lunch or dinner you can also go to the Třemošnice distillery or inn on Křížovka.

Payment and Cancel Conditions:

- a deposit of 50 % of the price is payable within 3 days of confirmation of the reservation

- Purchase within 14 days before the date of arrival

- cancellation of free reservation within 30 days before the date of arrival

- cancellation of reservation 29 - 15 days before the date of arrival - cancellation fee of 50 % of the price of rent

- cancellation of reservation 14 and less days - cancellation fee of 100 % of the rental price
